Leipzig, Germany/Singapore, June 5, 2008 - Games Convention Asia Conference (GCAC) today announced that the call for papers is closing on June 15, 11:59PM GMT. Until then, experts from the games industry can submit speaking proposals for this year's conference. The organizer, Leipziger Messe International, expects to have 65 international speakers and 600 attendees at the conference this year. GCAC will take place at Suntec International Convention&Exhibition Centre Singapore, September 18-19, 2008.

The main topics of this year's conference are Casual Games, Online Games, Financing, Outsourcing, and Business Models. The GCAC Advisory Board will review all proposals and inform all prospective speakers of their acceptance via email by July 15. To submit a topic or nominate a speaker for consideration, please visit the GCA 2008 website at: www.gc-asia.sg.

Application for Exhibitors Opened

From now until August 30 or the exhibition is sold out, companies can apply for space at the GC Asia (GCA), in either the business center, or the public exhibition space. The application form can be found here. The GCA is held alongside the GCAC at Suntec International Convention&Exhibition Centre Singapore, September 18-20, 2008. Games Convention Asia (GCA) is the only convention in the Asia-Pacific region for interactive entertainment, infotainment, edutainment, hardware and technology.
