Tekken 6 bolsters PSPs triple-A 09

MotorStorm, LittleBigPlanet, Assassins Creed, Rock Band – 2009 is already promising to be a big year for PSP, and now another major franchise has announced its intentions to hit the handheld this year.

Namco Bandai has confirmed that as well as Xbox 360 and PS3 outings for Tekken 6 this autumn, the 3D battler will also be arriving on PSP, according to IGN.

Details remain sparse, though ad-hoc multiplayer will be supported, as well as the downloading of online ghost opponents.

The site also claims that the PSP SKU will boast additional content, such as extra stages, items and classic characters.
