Singapore, 06 September 2007 - 10TACLE STUDIOS Pte Ltd (10T Asia) and MTV Asia LDC (MTV Networks Asia) have signed a cooperation agreement for the branding and marketing of an online entertainment channel. In March of this year 10TACLE STUDIOS AG and MTV Networks Germany GmbH announced the development of a similar project for Europe, starting with German speaking countries.
This innovative cross-media platform will offer a one-stop digital destination for online gaming, 3D immersive virtual world, social networking and digital content consumption, offering users a new dynamic, interactive way to access MTV content.
In an ongoing rollout, this online entertainment channel will be released firstly in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines, with additional countries following over the next six months. Mid 2008 should already see thousands of users from all over Asia meeting online in this virtual community to chat, take part in online events, play games together or take advantage of the media download possibilities available.
In keeping with the proven and innovative Asian online gaming business model, the partnership of MTV Networks Asia and 10T Asia will maximises the platform’s potential through micro-transactions, sponsorship, e-commerce and advertising.
