A Shadow from the Past

Berlin, July 3rd 2013: After several content extensions and game improvements during the on-going Open Beta, publisher Infernum now welcomes all players of the fantasy MMORPG Dragon’s Prophet to the first in-game event. Starting today, people all over Auratia are celebrating the annual Ancient Shadow Festival in remembrance of the great Warthorne, who sacrificed himself during the Second Dragon War. Players can participate in the event until Wednesday, 17thJuly and solve a series of riddles and earn recognition amongst their peers with a unique title as well as learn exciting new details about the Great Dragon Wars and the history of Auratia.

Next week, Auratia will face the peril of an early winter as content patch 1.1 will let players trample through the snowy region of Wintertide, explore three challenging dungeons and try out several new gameplay features. Fresh screenshots show Dromer Xion the Interrogator, the final boss in the Torran Prison, Executioner Tarsheed, who has barricaded himself in the Lodar Caves, and Yodrak Elkcrown, who is waiting for brave adventurers to challenge him in Yodrak’s Thunder.

On top of all this, players can enjoy the luxury of moving onto their very own small island and building up their house as a third housing option, interact with their dragon in distinct ways with new commands and harden their characters with the increased level cap of 70.
