AAA Developers Go Indie, Reveal Tiny Brains at PAX East

Spearhead Games, founded by developers behind Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed Series, EA's Dead Space 3 and other popular franchises, brings its first title to PAX in booth 1178

MONTREAL - Mar. 13, 2013 - Spearhead Games, a new independent game development studio founded by former EA, Ubisoft® and Eidos® team members, is proud to announce its first game, Tiny Brains. Tiny Brains is a 3D co-op action puzzle game in which up to four players can take the role of tiny (but super-powered!) lab animals. Players must work together using complementary physics-based abilities to tackle the tests of a nefarious mad scientist.

Gamers and press can bring their medium to large brains to try out Tiny Brains at PAX East in booth 1178. Tiny Brains will be released later this year as a downloadable title.

“Spearhead is a team of passionate and experienced creators,” said Simon Darveau, co-founder and producer at Spearhead Games and formerly Assassin’s Creed® III design director at Ubisoft®. “With Tiny Brains, our ambition is to create a super fun and truly cooperative game. So far we are very excited with the results!”
