During the first day of release, the game quickly started to get positive reviews from the players, obtaining a 4.5 stars average review.“Making people's time more enjoyable is the main reason we are developing video games”, said Javier Feliu, president and lead programmer of Tokkao, after stating that the team was happy with the player's reception.
Air Chix is an adventure game filled with colorful levels. The success of the game is probably based on the combination of simple control, great flying-fun gameplay, and likable graphics. The objective of the game is to fly through the levels collecting fruits to improve the score, which can be shared online using either OpenFeint or Game Center.
In regards to game updates, there might be one coming soon. As pointed out by Javier,“Nothing is definite yet, but we are debating about a possible update with more levels, after many player requests”. Air Chix and Air Chix Lite (Ad-Free) are available in the iTunes Store. For more information and pictures you can visit their website www.tokkao.com .
