Alien After All and Neko Entertainment Introduce DodoGo!

Paris, France - February 12, 2010 - Alien After All, the French digital entertainment designer and producer, in co-production with Neko Entertainment, announced today DodoGo!, its first video game for the Nintendo DSi coming this Spring for download exclusively on Nintendo DSi Shop. DodoGo! puts the lives of the extinct Dodo species in the hands of the player, with an adventure that will bring DSi users an explosive mix of action and strategy.

The story for DodoGo! takes place back in the Cretaceous period, after a terrible tidal wave has swept away the home island for the Dodo species, stranding and scattering its eggs across an isolated piece of rock in the middle of the ocean. The devastating wave has also brought a hungry and sneaky predator to the island looking for tasty eggs to snack upon.

Lost and alone, the Dodo eggs will need a big helping hand, or rather a helping stylus, to get out of this mess and back to their nests. Armed with just a toolbox and their own ingenuity, players must guide the fragile Dodo eggs across nearly 100 levels of inhospitable environments while avoiding obstacles, pitfalls and threatening predators. Players cannot control the eggs themselves, but through manipulating the environment by digging, backfilling, sawing, scraping and cutting, players will work to succeed at returning the Dodo eggs back to their nests.

DodoGo! has been designed from the beginning to focus on compelling gameplay,” said Denis Mercier, creator and director of DodoGo!“We have created a very dynamic puzzle environment for this game, entirely editable with the stylus, and have also focused on giving an extra dimension to the main characters. As you play the game, you go on a journey with your Dodo characters: the more you get to know them, the more you find they are full of surprises. This part of the game is as important as the discovery of a new world.”

DodoGo! offers an absorbing, entertaining experience across nearly 100 levels covering Domo Island. There is also a special Bonus Stage game mode where the player will work to unlock Jokers, Avatars and Costumes.
