ALLIED RED LAUNCHES AS CROSS-PLATFORM BRAND MANAGEMENT AGENCY

New York, NY (September 15, 2009)– Sandi Isaacs, formerly Senior Vice President of Paramount Digital Entertainment, announced today the formation of Allied Red, a new strategic brand licensing and representation company.

Isaacs will serve as President of the New York City based company, which will develop opportunities to generate revenue and build long-term brand equity for its clients’ intellectual property. Allied Red will work with companies to identify areas of growth across digital platforms and consumer product categories to reach audiences at all touch-points, including interactive games, film, television, consumer products and mobile platforms.

At Paramount Digital Entertainment, Isaacs gained a reputation as a leader as she grew and extended the company’s world-class media brands into areas such as video games, consumer products and mobile publishing on a global basis. Allied Red’s first executive hires include Laurie Windrow as Vice President, Licensing and Marc Berman as Senior Manager, Finance and Operations. Windrow was most recently at Mega Brands, where she oversaw global licensing and managed the company’s media and entertainment relationships. Previously she was Senior Vice President, Marketing&Licensing at 4Kids Entertainment, where she was responsible for the global strategy behind Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, among other properties. Berman was previously with Take-Two Interactive Software, managing the finances for the company’s licensing and third-party game developer agreements.
