Montreuil, January 7, 2014. Less than three weeks after being launched, adventure game " Syberia " by French publisher Microïds, ranks in the top 5 of paying new games and in the Brain category on Google Play (Android) in several countries around the world.

With Xbox 360 and PS3 versions being almost finished, Syberia 3 requested for more than 10 years by the community currently in development, as well as the recent release of Kate Walker’s adventure’s first episode on Android, the news around the Syberia saga have never been this intense.

The very first fans of the title and the beautiful story lovers made no mistake about it by instantly promoting the Google Play version at the top of paying new games rankings ( 1 st in France, 4 th in Italy, Spain and Germany) with an average score of 4.3 stars on 5.

Many have had the opportunity to discover or rediscover publisher Microïds’ jewel, created along with world famous and atypical writer Benoit Sokal (L’Amerzone, Canardo…).

According to the public and the media, the strength of the series is to deal with human or society themes through a wonderful fanciful universe rocked by snowflakes. With Syberia, through Kate Walker’s adventure, a New York lawyer, players go on an initiatory trip where they wonder about their ability to give up their every-day life to pursue their dream.

Elliot Grassiano, VP at Microïds, is delighted about the fans support and Syberia’s community loyalty:  “More than a decade after its creation, this title keeps having adventure fans traveling, no matter the platform they play on. We are happy to allow a new audience to discover this saga that is so original and perfectly adaptable on mobiles and tablets today”.

"Syberia" is fully dubbed and subtitled in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. It is available since December 20 2013 on Android ( Google Play and soon Amazon AppStore).
