Angry Boars hits the App Store

Meet Rasher. A little pig drawn by a wacky designer to look vaguely cute and funny.

Now meet the boars. The Angry Boars. A set of scary animals drawn for added fright.

With the introductions out of the way, it's time to fight.

So take control of that cutesy Earth pig thing and save the world. Why? Who cares. It's all about the gameplay baby.

Angry Boars is a game from the fledgling indie developer Spaghetti Studios exclusively for the Apple App Store.

Gamers control the earth pig, Rasher. Tapping up or down on the screen means Rasher will move up and down. But he constantly moves left to right and that can't be stopped.

This is where the fun begins. Players have to get around a series of mazes, avoiding the nasty traps laid down by the Angry Boars while collecting some soda and cookies for health and general pigginess.

It sounds easy  but don't be fooled. This is one of the most addictive and difficult games on the App Store.

Play through 60 electrifying screens, collect dozens of goodies and bear witness to one of the most unique control mechanisms ever created.

Angry Boars is available for the Apple iPhone™, Apple iPhone4™ and Apple iPod touch®. Rasher Basher has been developed by Manchester-based Spaghetti Studios, a small independent developer.
