Anuman Interactive acquires the "Moto Racer" and "My Baby" brands, following Nobilis’ recovery proceedings

Montreuil, March 27, 2013. Following recovery proceedings, Nobilis concedes two of its brands, as well as a dozen titles, to Anuman Interactive.

Founded in 2001 and active on a global scale, Nobilis was able to create and develop for over 10 years strong licences throughout the world, such as "Trine", "Moto Racer", "Hotel Giant"…

Today, French publisher Anuman Interactive - that will be celebrating 13 years of activity this year - keeps expanding its catalogue of licences by recovering two of Nobilis’ former worldwide famous brands: "Moto Racer" and "My Baby".

Alain Milly, Publishing Director at Anuman Interactive points out that “Anuman Interactive is currently structuring its global strategy around several activities. Retro-gaming/remastering, Adventure video games and Kids titles are part of it and are very important for us.”

“Therefore, we have decided to acquire the "Moto Racer" and "My Baby" brands to reinforce those activity poles and keep alive those licences on current and future multimedia supports”, adds Eric Nguyen, Marketing Director for the publisher.

A dozen titles are linked to the acquisition of this intellectual property:

  • Moto Racer
  • The Secrets of Atlantis
  • Cleopatra
  • Destination Treasure Island
  • My Baby on line, My Baby 1-2-3, My Baby boy – My baby girl
  • Coffee Break
  • Criminology

Anuman Interactive is also integrating within its team one of Nobilis’ former employee who will be in charge of those products.
