Singapore, 13 th December 2012 - Asiasoft Online today concluded its wildly successful six-day Ragnarok Online 2 Closed Beta Testing (“CBT”) at 0201HRS (+8 GMT). The game server is now closed to fix the in-game bugs and technical issues encountered during CBT and to ensure players will have the smoothest possible experience with logging in and playing Ragnarok Online 2 during Open Beta and beyond.
Launched on 7 th December 2012 at the Licence2Play 2012 gaming event held at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, Ragnarok Online 2 is the sequel to the worldwide MMORPG franchise, Ragnarok Online. Asiasoft Online is the first publisher in the world to offer the English service of this blockbuster title, which was made readily available for all gamers to play the minute it was announced at Licence2Play 2012.
The Ragnarok Online 2 Facebook fan page ( http://www.facebook.com/PlayRO2/) garnered its first 20,000 “Like”s in less than three day of its debut on 7 th December 2012, a record number for Asiasoft Online thus far.
