Montreal, Canada– October 31, 2007– Audiokinetic Inc., a leading audio solution provider for the video game industry, announced today the appointment of André Nadeau as President and Chief Executive Officer, as well as a series of changes in its Sales and Marketing Department.
Previously, Mr. Nadeau was Executive Vice President at Oberthur Gaming Technology, a global marketing and technology leader in the lottery industry. Mr. Nadeau has a recognized track record in bringing talented companies to their full potential and will oversee Audiokinetic’s rapid growth. Mr. Nadeau replaces former President and CEO Martin H. Klein, founder of Audiokinetic, who remains on the board.

In conjunction with this announcement, Audiokinetic also announced a series of changes in its Sales and Marketing departments to accommodate the company’s sustained growth and develop its commercial activities.
• Geneviève Laberge is named VP Sales. She joined Audiokinetic in 2005. Mrs. Laberge has a thorough knowledge of the video game industry as she previously was Sales&Operations Manager at Softimage Co., a leading production tools provider for 3D artists.
• Will Mendez joins the company as Sales Representative and will be in charge of increasing Wwise’s market share. Mr. Mendez has been an active figure of the gaming and DCC community for the past 10 years and, among others, has co-created XSI Base, the largest online community for XSI users.
• Karine Légeron is promoted Marketing and Communications Manager. She joined Audiokinetic in 2006 and has previously worked in international business, marketing and operations with global companies like Microsoft and Softimage.
