Winners of the Scottish game jam 2012, as part of the global game jam,
winners of the IGDA playtest 2012 and nominees of the New Talent BAFTA award
2012, are in need of funds for their nominated game Shplem. The team made up
of students and new to the business people are making a plea to the industry
and public to help them finish what promises to be a great game.
They are humbly asking for $8000 which is roughly equal £5000 to fund the
development of the game into a full 3 world each with a minimum of 12 levels
of increasing difficulty and challenges. The funds are to buy equipment and
licences for them to be able to continue with the project. They are not
asking for any monies for themselves personally, just for development costs
and to enable to team to be able to work together some of the time in the
same space.
There are a wide range of perks that you can have depending on the amount
donated and for as little as $1 you will get the finished game!
