London, UK - August 11, 2011 - Leading independent games developer Big Pixel Studios today announced that their hit iOS title, Land-a Panda, will receive its next major update (version 1.2), featuring an entirely new world set in late night Miami.

The new Land-a Panda version 1.2 update adds a variety of new obstacles, cannons, enemies, and pickups to the already feature packed puzzler. Ranging from new exploding cannons which can only be used once, adding a new puzzle element to the game, to the new Cat Block enemies which try to squash Yang Guang in order to stop him from reaching his sweetheart Tian Tian!

Also new in this update:

 New Game Center leaderboard and achievements

 Twenty new levels, bringing the total to one hundred and twenty

 Unlock all worlds - now players don’t have to complete every level in sequence, they can choose to unlock all the worlds in the game, including any added in future updates
