BlindGiRl Sees The Light

Derby, England

24th March, 2010

GLPeas are pleased to announce the release of BlindGiRl, for Xbox Live Indie Games.

An intriguing mix of puzzle solving, adventuring, and strategy, BlindGiRl puts the player in the shoes of a girl lost in a world of darkness, where the unknown lurks around every corner.

BlindGiRl features an innovative wave propagation mechanic, creating a unique visual style and compelling gameplay. As BlindGiRl moves through the dark levels, she creates sounds, which create waves, which slowly reveal her surroundings. The player will soon discover that there is more to BlindGiRl’s world than they may have thought.

Maintaining the high production values set by their first game, Carcophony, GLPeas have created a non-linear game that is simple to play, but requires careful thought and strategy to master. Only you can help BlindGiRl overcome her fears, and find the path to understanding.

About BlindGiRl

BlindGiRl is available now via the Xbox Live Indie Games marketplace, for the price of 80 Microsoft Points. It is also GLPeas’ entry into Microsoft’s DreamBuildPlay 2010 competition.
