Flying Penguin, an independent game publisher, today announced a sale for its side-scrolling rhythm game, Skelanimals Dance Party, allowing players to pick up the popular brand’s title for just $0.99. The price drop will remain in effect throughout the Comic-Con weekend as Skelanimals takes over a booth at the famed San Diego convention. Attendees who would like to see the app can head over to booth #4513 and check out the game along with the rest of the Skelanimals crew.
Also announced today, Flying Penguin has put out the call to musicians all over for a“battle of the bands” type contest, allowing artists to submit their best tracks in a competition where the winning song will be featured in the next Skelanimals Dance Party update! The contest runs from July 22 until August 31. After all submissions have been received, Flying Penguin will select their favorite track and will include it as a playable stage in the title’s forthcoming update. Bands and artists who would like to participate can send their entry to the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
