LOS GATOS, CA– February 1, 2008 - Cryptic Studios™, one of the leading independent developers of Massively Multiplayer Online Games (MMOG), today announced that they are looking for aspiring gaming artists to submit their art portfolios for review.

Artists attending the Game Developer Conference (GDC) in San Francisco on February 18-22, 2008, as well as Bay Area artists and students, are invited to submit their art portfolios to Cryptic Studios for consideration. Fifteen selected artists will have the opportunity to visit the award-winning development studio in Los Gatos, California, for a professional review session. The selected artists will sit down with Cryptic’s art team and receive professional critique and feedback on each individual’s portfolio and suggestions for how to get into the gaming industry.
