London, UK – 14/03/2013: Curve Studios has announced that the Teleporter Chambers, the first DLC level pack for Stealth Bastard Deluxe, will be available on Steam from 5pm GMT today priced £1.99/$2.99/€2.49.

The add-on content contains 20 brand new levels designed around the teleporter equipment. In these levels, players can obtain teleporters from handy vending machines to help them evade the glare of deadly security robots. The DLC also includes six new achievements and unlocks new features in the base game’s level editor.

Stealth Bastard’s creator Jonathan Biddle spoke about the decision to focus on the teleporters in the new levels. “The prototype of the original Stealth Bastard featured teleporters as a core mechanic,” he revealed. “But in the end I took the game in a different direction. Now that Stealth Bastard Deluxe is complete, we felt it would be fun to take it back to its roots by giving the teleporter its time in the limelight.

“It’s a unique twist on the formula – it makes the game play very differently. It encourages the player to think much more strategically to beat some mind-bending puzzles.”
