San Mateo, California – April 18, 2012 – Today, TikGames launched their latest game, Flexy Frogs, for iPad®, iPhone®, and iPod touch® . In Flexy Frogs, players save cute, green, frog-like animals by grouping them together. The game is now available on the App Store SM for $0.99. They’re adorable, they’re stretchy, they’re Flexy Frogs! Fling ‘em!
“Flexy Frogs is a unique and quirky game” said Howard Lehr, Director of Game Design for TikGames, “where the goal is to fling the little frogs and merge them into a single larger frog. When flung, they bounce all over the place using box physics. One player said, ‘It feels like playing pool with a bunch of frogs.’ Crazy as that sounds, it turns out to be a lot of good silly fun.”
Flexy Frogs is a casual physics puzzle game in which players group individual Flexy Frogs together. Players fling the little green multi-eyed characters around using a motion like pulling back on a rubber band, then letting go. When one Flexy touches another, they merge to form a larger Flexy. Moves need to be planned carefully because Flexies can only be flung a certain number of times per level. The worlds are full of funny pranks like bouncy boxing gloves, fires, sticky walls, switches that open doors, teleporters, and Flexy splitters. Add to that the Flexies’ natural enemies, the dreaded Grugs, and it’s a dangerous world for Flexy Frogs. No worries though, the tables can be turned as the larger Flexies can eat the smaller Grugs. This lets the Flexies gang up on the bad guys and gives them a taste of their own medicine.
