Regensburg, Germany 12/09/2011 – Demolition Dash, the action-packed platformer by premium mobile game publisher dreamfab and development studio Chimera Entertainment, received the renowned German Developer award for “Best Handheld Game of 2011” on Wednesday. Around 50,000 fans voted and crowned Demolition Dash  the winner ahead of “daWindci”, “The Settlers of Tandria”, “Riot Rings”

and „The Great Jitters: Pudding Panic“. To celebrate this  award,  Demolition Dash HD  is now free to download for a limited time on the App Store for iPhone™, iPod™ touch and iPad™.

In this unique casual game, players take control of the tiny monster Zilla, and dash through famous cities such as London, New York or Sydney. Jump, roar, and crush - anything goes in the World Rampage mode, where players dash through 24 unique levels. Collect power-ups  to  temporarily  enable  Zilla´s  “mega roar”, and mutate him into a flying “Super-Zilla” or  the mighty,  invulnerable  “GodZilla”.  You will earn extra points for successful combos that bring  your  score  to new heights. Plus if you´re up to it, the leaderboards of each city let you compete online.

In the battle for the next highscore, the exciting Endless Run mode lets players dash through the cities in a random order. No game is ever the same since each  run  is generated dynamically from over 300 sections so that players will keep facing new, individual challenges. Zilla’s tail is especially important in the battle for the highscore: each mistake will cost Zilla a piece of his tail. Make four mistakes in a city   and it’s game over! However, as long as you do manage to get through a city, all of the remaining pieces are added to a score multiplier and the tail grows back again. To achieve top scores players will not only need to earn as many points as possible in each city but ensure that Zilla makes it to the finish line unharmed. This motivating risk  and  reward system adds greatly to the  Endless Run mode’s  long-term appeal.
