Dragon Portals HD from 10tons now available on iPad and HP TouchPad

TAMPERE, Finland - September 8, 2011. Colorful dragons from the  Pocket Gamer Gold Award winning Dragon Portals land on the iPad and HP TouchPad. The latest version is called Dragon Portals HD and it's an action puzzle game suitable for all ages. The game features unique game mechanics, hand drawn full screen art, and a custom sound track.

The brand new HD version was redesigned to take advantage of the larger screen estate. It has also received countless small tweaks and several gameplay changes that improve the game.

"This new HD version is probably the most refined and most beautiful version of Dragon Portals to date", commented Sampo Töyssy, one of the co-authors of Dragon Portals.

The player takes on a mission to set free the friendly dragons. The dragons are bound to the ground by dark magic which the player has to abolish. The goal in each level is to keep the dragons aloft by making matches of three or more same colored orbs. The matching is accomplished by dropping orbs from one row to another. Over a dozen different power ups and more than 70 levels keep the player entertained for hours. There are also two additional game modes that provide a different experience from the main game.
