Berlin, Germany – June 28 2012 – Quadriga Games and Serious Games Solutions today announced the release of the globally successful real-time strategy game EMERGENCY for the iPad. The game will be available for download in the App Store as of July 11 2012.

In EMERGENCY, players take on the role of the commanding officer and must coordinate rescue workers in 13 catastrophe scenarios. At the beginning of every mission, they must obtain a quick overview of the situation at the scene of the disaster. Fire services, police, and rescue workers are standing by to put out fires before they spread to other buildings and vehicles, secure the scene, and of course care for and transport the injured.

Every unit can be individually controlled and commanded, but can also find itself in danger if the site of the accident is not secured first. Heavy equipment and helicopters are just as much a part of the repertoire as fireboats and fire fighting aircraft.

The more missions that are unlocked and the more the difficult they become, the more important it is to find the right strategy to successfully complete the mission. But that is not enough for all the devotees and fans of the EMERGENCY series, because only those who use the best tactics and complete all the goals in the best time can earn the gold medal and the respect of the other commanders.

- 13 catastrophe scenarios (plane crash, train accident, meteor strike, etc.)

- 18 units (pumper, hook and ladder, rescue helicopter, etc.)

- Realistic and detailed HD graphics

- Touchscreen-optimized gameplay

- Game Center support with leaderboards and achievements

EMERGENCY for iPad will be available for download in the App Store in English, German, French, Spanish and Polish as of July 11, 2012.
