ESL and CSL launch BRINK competitions

On May 13, the Electronic Sports League (ESL), the largest eSports league in Europe with over 2,9 million members, and the Consoles Sport League (CSL), the largest console league, will enthusiastically welcome a new discipline into their ranks - Brink , which launches today. Brink is an innovative new first-person-shooter developed by Splash Damage and published by Bethesda Softworks. All the fans will be given the opportunity to participate in the Brink competitions already on the same day of its release. Both the ESL and the CSL are preparing ladders for all those who are willing to compete in the new title on PC, Xbox 360® and as soon as possible on Playstation® 3. In addition, release cups and opening cups are going to be organized as well as further Brink competitions in the near future . The ladders and the sign-ups for the cups, will open on Friday, May 13.

Moreover, ESL TV, the ESL's web TV service, will launch a series of shows presenting and explaining Brink in detail. The host will be no other than Joe Miller, one of the most famous eSports commentators. The first episode of these English shows will be aired today on ESL TV (Friday, May 13).
