Brighton, UK, 12th September 2012: Eurogamer Expo, the UK's biggest and best gaming festival, is pleased to announce that Arkane Studios will present an extended look at Dishonored TM as part of this year's developer sessions schedule.
Arkane Studios' Christophe Carrier (Lead Level Designer & Audio Director) and Dinga Bakaba (Assistant Producer & Game Designer) will introduce the game at length on Friday 28th September at 5pm and at midday on Saturday 29th September in the developer sessions auditorium.
Dishonored is a new first-person action game developed by Arkane Studios in which the player takes on the role of Corvo, a supernatural assassin driven by revenge. The game recently received Eurogamer.net's Gamescom Game of the Show award. Dishonored is set for release in the UK on October 12 and will also be playable at the Eurogamer Expo for the first time in the UK.
The Eurogamer Expo will be returning to London's Earls Court from 27th-30th September 2012 and is expected to welcome over 50,000 gamers.
" Dishonored is one of the most exciting games on the show floor at this year's Eurogamer Expo and we're thrilled that Arkane will be presenting a closer look at the game as part of the developer sessions schedule," said Tom Bramwell, Eurogamer Operations Director. "This is our kind of game and we love that Expo attendees will get to see so much of it."
This year's Eurogamer Expo promises more playable games than ever (including a large number of UK first-plays), our highest-profile developer session schedule, as well as a number of satellite events including the Games Industry Fair.
