All these big beards and wispy red moustaches can only mean one thing, the release of Runes of Magic: Chapter IV– Lands of Despair is getting closer. To celebrate, Frogster has come together with developers, Runewaker, to give players their first look at Redhill Mountains, a previously unseen zone from the eagerly anticipated fourth chapter. The video also gives an insight into the conflict between the Dwarves and the Rhinos.
A massive gateway adorns the entrance to the Dwarf city, a centuries old stronghold and safe haven for the Dwarf army where they can take respite from the war being waged at their doorstep. Hidden in the mountainous regions behind the city also lies a second fortress, used by the Dwarves to collect resources and assemble their war machines away from prying enemy eyes.
The Kalo Principality is home to the Rhinos, and the signs of an impending military clash are all to plain to see as heavily-armed guards protect the entrance to their city and immense machines line the streets.
