„Due to our rapid growth throughout the past couple of months, we have now reached a point, where the establishment of an own Human Resources department is absolutely mandatory,“ says Michael Schade, CEO of Fishlabs Entertainment. “We have not only ramped up all branches of our company, from as programming and producing to game design and art design, but we also still have almost a dozen open vacancies to fill. To make sure that every Fishlabs employee can still be taken care of and supported on a personal level, we have now taken Jan-Oliver on board. He is a very experienced and qualified HR Director with an enormous expertise in all sub-areas of the Human Resources sector. And while our studio has already been growing at a rapid but healthy pace, it is to be expected that we will hire even more new employees once Galaxy on Fire – Alliances, our first Free-2-Play multiplayer game for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, has been released on the App Store in Q3 of 2013. Hence, the timing could hardly have been better for Jan-Oliver to join our ranks and take care of all HR-related matters.”
