Flashman™, an entertainment services firm dedicated to building value and long term growth for their clients, announced today they have entered into an agreement with Pinger™ (makers of award-winning communications applications) to acquire their portfolio of mobile game IPs including: Stickwars ™, Dragon Dash ™, Fat-a-pault ™, & Slimeball ™.
StickWars , is the original award winning castle defense game franchise on iOS and has been downloaded over 10 million times by fanatical mobile game fans, since the title’s launch in 2009. Dragon Dash , a family friendly dragon racing game, allows players to become Dart, a young dragon who takes to the skies to face-off against an ancient enemy. Fat-a-pault and Slimeball , are addictive casual games that have been entertaining millions of game players, since their respective launches on the iOS platform. The game portfolio currently has been downloaded a total of 13 million times.
