Doetinchem, December 30th 2011 - Engine Software, independent game developer and digital publisher, today announces it has released “Flipper 2: Flush the Goldfish” for Nintendo DSiWareTM in all European territories. Happy new year!
The sequel to the succesful and award winning first “Flipper” game, in which a boy had to save his poor goldfish Flipper, sees the roles reversed: this time the boy is in trouble, and Flush – his faithful goldfish – has to come to the rescue. Good thing Flush has an awesome robot suit that can do almost anything.
Hugo Smits, founder of Goodbye Galaxy Games and spiritual father of the Flipper games explains: “Flush is a single button game: in each level using the button will result in a different action. It is up to the player to figure out how to use this action to get across the screen...actions can be anything really, from jumping or running to floating, shooting bananas or fish-slapping an enemy.”
Flipper 2: Flush the Goldfish features beautiful old-skool pixel art and over 80 different animations for Flush. The downloadable Nintendo DSiWareTM game also includes a level editor for anyone who wants to try and come up with even more hazardous puzzles for Flush to overcome. The game is available in English, German, Spanish, Italian and French. A North-American release will follow shortly.
