Fly Nano Fly v2 is here

iP An –  Paris, December 16th, 2011

Since a few days on iTunes App Store, and a few hours on the Android Market, Fly Nano Fly has been updated to its version 2. A major version change as during the past weeks, Naoplay team has worked hard to improve the original game, after having collected a numerous feedbacks from the gamers.

The first noticeable change concerns the colours. it appeared quickly that the "old school" colour chart of the original game was indeed found quite depressive by several players. The decision was then made to move toward "funkier" colours and to replace the ingame background with the starry sky you can now see, also breaking the former monotony with the appearance of planets and asteroids.

You might notice as well a new podium-like icon in the main screen. clicking on it brings you to the most wanted Hall of Fame. There you can find three different rank tables:

ð  "Global": which shows you where you stand among all Fly Nano Fly players, whatever device they play it on (and as soon as they've updated their game versions to v2).

ð  "Local": which allows you to challenge your friends on your device, as you can edit the alias in the "Game Over" screen.

ð  "Friends": where you can compare your best score with your friend ones.

The former mentoring system was found too complex and has been then replaced by a brand new one. No more "mentors" but just "friends". This means you can now add as many friends you want by clicking on "your personal code" bar and adding their personal codes. Each time both of your friend and you still earn 75 bolts each and best scores for each other appear in the "Friends" Hall of Fame.

In game, Nano has also been moved from the center of the screen to the first third of it as, as one of the players notified it, nothing is coming from the left. With this little move of the camera, the player now gets a better glimpse at what is coming and according to our beta-testers feedback. It does make a difference!

As  Nano's flights were found to be too calm, a new item has been added as well: the Vortex. Touching its entrance makes Nano's speed being increased along the horizontal axis.

Ah yes, you'll also notice the arrival of advertisements in the game. Naoplay though did its best to prevent advertising to become far too invasive. First of all, you can deactivate them using your bolts in the Store. For 2500 bolts you'll get 50 add-free games, spend 6000 bolts and you won’t see any more adds in game.  Then, Naoplay put great efforts in the selection of its partners and some of the displayed adds can even make you earn bolts! An offer wall is also accessible from the Store, clicking on "Get more bolts" bar.

Finally two new equipment and their upgrades make their appearance in the Store: the Altimeter and the Alarm. First one is obviously indicating Nano's altitude (estimated first, then the precise one with the upgrade); on the other hand the Alarm warns Nano when next item on the ground is going to be a bad one, the upgrade also informs Nano when a bonus is on the way.

And that's it for this new version. We at Naoplay, hope you will enjoy the new game and we're looking forward to reading your feedback on our Facebook page (, Google+ page (, or on Twitter (!
