Gamebook Fans Unite! Fellowship of the Kickstarters: Holdfast and Maelorum.

San Diego, CA – May 15, 2013 – With each campaign at least 50% funded, the creators of Holdfast and Maelorum have formed a very likely fellowship to help revive the gamebook genre.

In the '80s and '90s adventure gamebooks reigned supreme: Lone Wolf, Fighting Fantasy, Tolkien Quest and Fabled Lands. Now, to raise them from their slumber comes Holdfast and Maelorum, full of epic dungeons, mysterious treasures and innovative combat. With your help, the old glory will return to a bookshelf near you!

With more choice, consequence and endings than ever before, you'll discover many foes, dangers and powerful artifacts before the final page is turned. Holdfast is available in Android, Mac and PC, as well as in both soft and hard covers. Maelorum is available in soft and hard cover.

KickStarter pledges begin at $5 for Holdfast, and $30 for Maelorum.
