Heavy Spectrum Entertainment Labs today formally announced the formation

of a new development studio, focussing on the production of videogames

and other interactive entertainment products for a broad range of platforms.

Heavy Spectrum's core team is a select group of veteran developers with

experience in developing highly successful titles across a diverse range

of formats and franchises, including Need For Speed, Star Fox,

Battlefield, Harry Potter, Formula 1, SimCity, The Sims and Dungeon

Keeper among others.

The company's goal is to apply this wealth of experience to crafting

innovative, exciting and commercial entertainment software - ranging

from AAA titles to experimental gameplay experiences.

Heavy Spectrum is currently working with one of the leading

entertainment software publishers, and has several titles under
