gamescom 2012: ESL forms main partnership with CM Storm by Cooler Master

Cologne, August 7, 2012 – The Electronic Sports League (ESL) will receive stunning support at the European trade fair gamescom (15th to 19th of August, Cologne): the producer of peripheral equipment CM Storm by Cooler Master will provide equipment for the 4500m² big trade fair area of the ESL in Hall 8 and will present itself as the main partner of the ESL CM Storm Arena. Specialist of gaming hardware will arrange for gaming stations with top notch keyboards, mice, headsets and mousepads of the CM Storm brand. Cooler Master has been active in the eSports scene for years and was a partner of the ESL at the CeBIT trade fair, during the finals of the elite pro gaming Intel® Extreme Masters World Championship. At the time, the hardware producer has supported the successful Go4-Cup series of the ESL in the discipline Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. At the Go4CS:GO-cups over 450 players participate weekly, going for high prizes and hardware from CM Storm By Cooler Master.

Electronic Sports League

The Electronic Sports League (ESL) is the largest and most important league for gamers in Europe consisting of more than 4,000,000 million registered members and more than 800,000 registered teams. ESL is operated by the company Turtle Entertainment since 2000 and offers more than 3,500 professional leagues and amateur ladders from a variety of games. Around 400.000 matches per month are being played worldwide using ESL technology.

The ESL has has several franchise holders and subsidiaries working in more than 45 countries around the globe.
