Media, Multipliers, Exhibitors and Trade Visitors are all on the map when it comes to spreading the word about gamescom 2012.
At the beginning of April gamescom will be launching this year's international roadshow to promote the highlight show in Asia, Europe and overseas. The biggest exhibition and highlight event for interactive games and entertainment will be staging press conferences and background discussions with the media, trade associations, exhibitors, sales organisations and trade visitors. And for the first time, this year sees the organisation being a guest of Turkey and Italy. Koelnmesse and the supporting organisation, the BIU (German Trade Association of Interactive Entertainment Software), will be communicating in the international games industry's key and growth territories where gamescom's new features, as well as trends and innovations in German and international games markets, will be high on the agenda. The gamescom team will be supported by the Koelnmesse international sales and marketing network which in turn supports exhibitor and trade visitor participation in around 80 countries. In the previous year more than 5,200 media representatives reported about gamescom worldwide.
