Here Comes Launchman Alpha Demo Leaps Onto The Internet

The first general-availability demo of Here Comes Launchman, an independent puzzle-platformer by The Layabouts, has been released today.

Verona, NY -- February 12, 2012 -- Here Comes Launchman, which was first playable to the public as a featured indie game at Mojang AB's Minecon 2011 convention in Las Vegas, NV, now has a publicly downloadable alpha demo for Windows and Linux computers. The game follows the adventures of Launchman, an intergalactic explorer. The unique gameplay mechanics of Launchman allow the player to launch themself through the air like a rocket in any direction and manipulate objects telekinetically.

The alpha demo, which is for Windows and Linux, contains a tutorial area as well as seven full levels from the game. A Mac OS X version of the demo will follow shortly.
