THE NETHERLANDS - 03/01/2012
What started out as a submission to the Olympics for a new sport, accidentally turned into an addictive highscore-based game where Pole-Vaulting meets TexMex-fueled farting Flights. Mochi Games saw the potential and picked it up for distribution, at which point the whole Ostrich Banditos team was said to jump up in unison and cheer.
High Vaultage features a simple premise of a boy who wants to reach the stars and gets a taco-store to sponsor his chance at the big-leagues of High-Vaulting. You launch yourself into the skies, and during your flight you grab TexMex items to propell yourself, grab on to birds to carry you further and collect crayons to use your rainbow blast-off powers.
You fly to compete for many prizes such as the Golden Taco, while collecting team-mates, poles and various stadiums along the way. If that doesn't sound crazy enough for you there's also a litter of cats, a horde of bears and the occasional whale suspended by balloons for you to bounce off.
