SAN MATEO, Calif.– February 10, 2011– Hudson Entertainment has teamed up with RucKyGAMES for a second time with Bomberman Chains on the iPhone and iPod Touch, now available for download for $1.99. The game features three puzzle modes where the main goal is to decimate enemies by flicking and organizing them into lines of three, or by obliterating them using the bombs that Bomberman drops. Having three or more enemies in a vertical or horizontal line will cause them to vanish, but players must be speedy because more foes will soon appear! Successfully chaining combos while detonating bombs will increase the bomb blast radius and help the player finish the level.
“ Bomberman Chains brings fun, addictive puzzle gameplay to the iPhone and iPod Touch,” said Sabine Duvall, vice president of digital download at Hudson Entertainment. “Easy to play and a steal for just $1.99, gamers will have a blast blowing up Bomberman’s enemies on the go.”
Each stage in Bomberman Chains has requirements for the player to hit before they can clear the level and move on to the next challenge. There are also 30 second and 60 second time attack modes where players try to get a high score before the clock runs out.
