Hunted Cow's 80's inspired planet defend-em-up Planet Rush coming to iOS, Android and Windows Phone

Elgin, Scotland. 6th August 2013. Free-to-play veterans Hunted Cow announce they will be publishing Planet Rush from Dundee developer Red Radiant Media whose team members were responsible for the BAFTA award winning games Crackdown & Bioshock.

After seeing Red Radiant’s initial prototype, Hunted Cow saw great potential with Planet Rush and decided to collaborate together on development. Both studios have worked together and pulled out all the stops in bringing a truly exciting gaming experience for players to enjoy time and time again, whilst they battle, build and defend!

Tahir Rashid, Director of Red Radiant Media says “ Planet Rush was one of the games we always wanted to create but were unable to put more time into as we had several projects in development, so we saved this one for later development. Hunted Cow viewed an early prototype of the game and became very excited, so excited in fact we decided that day we would work together to bring Planet Rush to market. We are very privileged to work with such a great publisher and hope players will really enjoy our collaborative project.”

A preview of Planet Rush will be on display in the Caird Hall, Dundee on the 9th, 10th and 11th August 2013 at Dare Indie Fest, a part of Dare ProtoPlay, the UK's largest video games indie festival which attracted 10,000 visitors last year.

Planet Rush is due for release on iOS (iPhone, iPod and iPad), Android and Windows Phone in Q3 2013.
