iLogos founder and ex-CEO Maxim Slobodyanyuk establishes a global game production company. The Ukrainian-based outsourcing company iLogos has achieved outstanding results since 2006. The majority of completed projects is far over 300, the business model has shifted to co-production, the clients and partners are well-known game development leaders as Peak Games, Playdom, Disney Interactive, Wargaming, National Geographic, 6waves, Social Quantum, FreshPlanet, Youdagames, Xyrality, etc.
Now that iLogos has become one of the leading independent game development companies in Europe and is managed by Alexander Goldybin, Maxim is ready to bring to life the long-caressed dream of self-created products.
The newly established company was named Nika Entertainment and given a powerful start with acquisition of the “AAA Games” studio with its cross-platform Flash-based social games projects.
“It will be a product company, but something different to a usual startup. Our expertise, fresh view in connection with indie philosophy will help to say a new word in social and mobile entertainment. What we dream of and set as our mission is to present players the emotions one could experience being a child unwrapping a Christmas present”, says Maxim.
He adds: “I see great potential in this startup! Many of the approaches and processes that we want to implement in Nika Entertainment have been nurtured in our minds for the last 3 years. We want to start a new story of Game Dev on the example of our company, our ideology will be somewhat similar the Google business style. We have a very ambitious mission and won’t agree to something least. We have developed seven principles that will lead us to victory. I want every partner or employee having got familiar to them to understand what we are and what we differ from others with. We have a great team!”
Two out of three products released have become recommended by the Vk.com platform. For example, Atlantis Adventures is honoured to be among TOP-10 apps in grossing at Odnoklassniki.ru, and has already become one of the most popular in the Japanese market (Yahoo Mobage).
Maxim sums up: “We have a unique team, a unique structure that will be enforced by unique and creative specialists sharing our principles and team spirit. Now we head for global market, starting with Facebook and mobile platforms.”
