Independent Game Developer Andrea Salomoni Releases Rookie Roach for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad

BUSSOLENGO, ITALY - December 1, 2011 - Independent Game Developer Andrea Salomoni today announced that his first game, Rookie Roach, is now available in Apple's App Store for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad.

Rookie Roach combines the fun of a classic sliding puzzle with the thrill of a strategy game.

In Rookie Roach, a nuclear bomb is buried under a radioactive swamp ready to detonate. The player's goal is to disable all the detonators before is too late. To do this the player has to help Rookie (a brave cockroach) reach all the detonators by creating safe routes through the swamp using the rafts.

The game works like a sliding puzzle, the player has to place the tiles in order by making sliding moves that use the empty space.

There's lot of ways to win the game, it's up to the player to figure out the best!

Rookie Roach is now available for $0.99 in the U.S. and is priced accordingly in other regions. Rookie Roach is available world-wide from Apple's App Store for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad.

Rookie Roach Free is also available for free in Apple's App Store.
