InnoGames increases search for international employees and publishes new HR video

Hamburg--March 19, 2013-- German-based company, InnoGames, is increasing its focus on international recruitment with the release of a new HR video, focusing on staff internationalization.

InnoGames currently employs 230 people from about 20 nations. The official office language is English. “This makes sense for several reasons”, InnoGames COO Michael Zillmer adds. “For one, we are not able to fill all of our open positions with highly educated and talented people from Germany. Also, our games are very international. 90 percent of our customers are from outside of Germany, and the same applies for our Business partners. That makes it essential for us to have an international culture at InnoGames.” By the end of the year, the company wants to hire about 70 additional employees, mostly in development.

With more than 100 million registered players, InnoGames is one of the world's leading developers and providers of online games. The Hamburg-based company has scored major successes with games such as Tribal Wars, Forge of Empires and Grepolis.
