Utrecht, the Netherlands – January 2012 – Game developer ISOTX announced today that their online free-to-play turn-based strategy game Iron Grip: Marauders reached a quarter of a million players from all around the world, at the same time as the game reached its one year anniversary, and ISOTX celebrated their 7 th Anniversary. Though the number of players keeps on increasing, thanks to a great overall attitude, and the involvement of many especially dedicated players, the Iron Grip: Marauders community has stayed a friendly place with a welcoming atmosphere, where there are always plenty of people ready to help out new players.

The game has already seen a range of new content from new game modes like PvP and the Cooperative Boss Battles to tons of new units and a whole new region! The year 2012 promises to continue in this spirit with a wide range of improvements and additions to the game providing a regular flow of new content large and small. As a part of the celebration, all Iron Grip: Marauders players received a free Megaton Truck – the closest we could get to fireworks.
ISOTX 7 th Anniversary
This week also marks ISOTX’s 7 th Anniversary as an independent game developer. Over the years, ISOTX have been constantly at work producing all kinds of entertaining games. Their current focus lies on Iron Grip: Marauders, however they are also known for their mods and games, such as; the cooperative FPS/tower defense game Iron Grip: Warlord, and the online strategy game Iron Grip: Lords of War. ISOTX isn’t the kind of company to stand still, and though only time will tell what exciting projects will appear in the future. They’re sure to be worth keeping an eye out for!
