06.26.12: In April of this year, Happymonitor Studios started its first Kickstarter campaign to bring its then in development debut iOS game, “Islands of Diamonds” to Android devices.

Following incredible support from friends, family, and fans, the studio successfully met its goal, enabling the purchase of Android development devices and Android licensing for the popular Unity 3D game development environment ensuring “Islands of Diamonds” and future titles from the mobile studio could be played and enjoyed by Android users.

Today, “Islands of Diamonds” officially launched worldwide on Google Play (formerly Android Marketplace) for Android smart phones and tablets for 99 cents:

The game is also available as a free “Lite” version allowing Android users to sample six islands from the full game.

About Islands Of Diamonds

Islands Of Diamonds is a family-friendly physics platformer featuring the world’s only perfectly round coconut, Seamus. The game challenges players to use touch and tilt controls to roll Seamus through 30 islands of unique physics puzzles in his hunt for every last diamond before the timer runs out. The game brings a new physics twist to the ball-rolling genre and includes over 200 island challenges (in the full version) to keep bringing players back for more. The full game features Game Center support.
