Laboratz is the very latest real-time card game from Adictiz that plunges players into a dark, fantastic world.  The aim of the game is to take on the personality of a mad scientist and transform rats into fighters, ready to face other online players.  The card game, that has already entranced over a million and a half would-be Frankensteins, is growing internationally and is adding over 50,000 new players every day, 90% of whom are based outside France.

Following on from this success that regularly draws in 3,000 players at any one time on Facebook, the Adictiz teams are now preparing a mobile version.

THE ADICTIZ HACKATHON: FUN, CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION ARE OUR WATCHWORDS!

A hackathon is an intensely creative event that brings together developers, designers, creatives, and others to work together on a project.  The ideas are then put in front of a jury that chooses the best of those submitted.

At its first hackathon back in October 2012, Adictiz asked its teams to come up with a new social game in line with company’s DNA.  Something fun, creative, and addictive!  Over several days the teams, each of which had five members, had to use their collective imaginations to design a game from top to bottom that was at least as good as the previous games that had made the reputation of this specialist in social and mobile gaming.  That’s how Laboratz was born, a new multi-player, real-time card game on Facebook in which the rats are the stars!  A success that has attracted over a million and a half players since its launch in April this year!
