"Last Orders Please! Psygnosis 'Strix Memoria' USB music album readies for manufacture..."

Wirral, UK

1 st March 2013

Today sees the final day for pre-orders on STRIX MEMORIA ?   - a commemorative Music Album created by Tim Wright aka. CoLD SToRAGE. It is a celebration of the early Psygnosis era, and moreover the games Psygnosis published on the Commodore AMIGA. This recording is Wright's first physical release - a collection of his early AMIGA Game Tunes re-mixed from 8-bit, 4 channel chip music into full CD Audio tracks.

With only 250 of these USB sticks being manufactured, it truly is a limited edition release. Supplied in a metal tin sporting a laser etched Psygnosis 'Owl' logo , it contains a custom-shaped Psygnosis 'Owl' head 4Gb re-usable Memory Stick and an 8 page circular fan-fold brochure. Each copy is individually numbered and is signed by Tim himself .

Wright says;

“I'm truly excited that we are now at the point of manufacture. I'd be lying if I said the main reason for doing this project wasn't so that I could have one of these myself! I loved my time at Psygnosis, and I think the logo created by artist Roger Dean is truly iconic, and certainly of it's time .

We'll be sorting the final details next week and then it's time to crank up the factory. We'll be taking delivery of the album near the end of March, and then we can start shipping out to everyone.”

STRIX MEMORIA ? is available on pre-order today ONLY.

Orders are being taken Worldwide, and delivery is by a Royal Mail / Air Mail.
