‘Order Up!! To Go’ Serves Over 500 Million Meals!

May 10, 2012 – Macclesfield, U.K. – Leading indie games publisher, Chillingo and talented indie game developer, SuperVillain Studios are proud to announce that ‘Order Up!! To Go’ has served more than 500 million meals to iOS customers worldwide.

To celebrate this momentous figure, the companies are releasing a brand new 1.3 update that introduces Ned, the Delivery Man - a slot machine game that can be accessed at the pay phone in front of each restaurant. Ned allows players to wager silver or gold coins for a chance to win bonuses and gain various ingredients for their cooked dishes. The update also brings stunning native retina display graphics as well as external music support so players can listen their own tunes and individually adjust the in-game speech and sound effects to their preference.

“Order Up!! To Go is the definitive restaurant management/cooking game on the App Store and reaching this significant milestone proves it,” stated Chris Byatte, co-general manager and co-founder of Chillingo. “The variety of entertainment offered in the game is unparalleled and we are eager to introduce even more gamers to the culinary world of Order Up!! To Go,” adds Joe Wee, co-general manager and co-founder of Chillingo.

“We are extremely proud and thankful to our amazing fans for helping us serve 500 meallion meals,” said Steve Ganem, co-founder and president of SuperVillain Studios. “We’re anxious to roll out our next batch of new content, including the Fortified Chef cooking competition and the Farmer’s Market!”
