Mobile MMOG "Celtic Tribes": Android version launches in a week!

Hamburg, 7 January 2013 - Xyrality, the Hamburg games studio, announced the launch of the Android version of the popular MMOG "Celtic Tribes" for the coming week. The strategy-building game, in which the players slip into the shoes of a Celtic chief was already successfully published for iOS devices. From 14 February, the Android chiefs will also have the opportunity to recruit brave warriors, and thanks to the cross-platform concept, join tribes with iOS gamers! They also have reasons to look forward to the upcoming week: Coinciding with the Android client, Xyrality is going to publish a major update of the iPhone and iPad app. The most important new features are the completely redesigned map as well as the atmospheric music, which provides a enchanting atmosphere thanks to the specifically performed original Celtic songs. Just like in the successful medieval MMOG "Lords & Knights", Filipp Issa and Michael Stöckemann from Sound of Games are responsible for the music's composition and production. The iOS version is also going to provide many adjustments for visually impaired players to enhance their gaming experience.
