Karlsruhe, Germany -- May 9, 2011 -- Intermediaware today is pleased to announce the availability of Intermediaware Impact, a new and free arcade shooting game for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. Impact is a version of the popular video game classic Missle Command and it is available for free in the iTunes Store ( http://itunes.apple.com/de/app/intermediaware-impact/id432002230?mt=8#).
Aim of the game is to launch missiles and destroy asteroids before they reach the stations the player has to protect.
There is also a free HTML5 Version available at www.intermediaware.com.
The full source code with all assets is also available on GitHub ( https://github.com/JochenHeizmann/Impact), so everyone interested can study the code and experiment and extend the game on his own.
