NEXON Europe says “Benvenuti” to Italy

London, UK, 9th July 2013: NEXON Europe is pleased to today announce its first dedicated foray into Italian videogames culture, by adding Italian as a website service language to the hugely popular web portal. This enables Italian-speaking players to use every aspect of the site in their own language, including registering and payment.

Currently there are six languages in operation on, making Italian the seventh in its repertoire along with German, Spanish, Dutch, Turkish, French and English. Marking the first step in a process of bringing more localised content and a fully Italian-focussed service, NEXON continues its uncompromising push through Europe, bringing a wide variety of the highest quality games to a larger market than ever.

“We’re very excited to make all of our great content easier than ever to access for our Italian community,” Said [name, job title]. “We’ve always been appreciative of the strong support and loyal attitudes present in the territory and are looking forward to bringing our full service there. In time we’ll go beyond the language, to a dedicated support structure and content focussed on the Italian market.”

NEXON was founded in Seoul, South Korea, in 1994. Since then it has grown to develop and publish the world’s most popular free to play online multiplayer games and is responsible for the likes of Combat Arms, MapleStory and Vindictus – all of which are now available throughout the US and EU, with the web portal available in seven different European languages.
