The acquisition will join together two of the fastest growing, most experienced videogame developers in Poland, bringing the best of FRONTLINE Studios' talent and innovation under the financial strength and stability of a publicly traded company, NICOLAS GAMES.
FRONTLINE Studios will continue to self-publishing its titles through its Digital Distribution models, and the studio will remain focused on its contracted development and publishing partnerships for its current and upcoming projects. In addition to contracted projects FRONTLINE has established distribution networks spanning all major gaming platforms, including the Sony Playstation Network (PSP, PS3), Xbox Live Arcade, Nintendo DSiWare, WiiWare, OnLive, Game Streamer, Facebook, Apple iTunes (Mac, iPhone&iPad), Real Networks, Google Android, and Intel's AppUp.

FRONTLINE will continue to operate as a 3 rd party studio and no changes will be made in the operations of the company as well as the development of its games.
